This event happens only once a year and is your only chance to meet our experienced staff and suppliers at one place on the same day!
If you have booked a wedding or you are thinking of planning an event, this is the ideal time to visit us and meet with our suppliers.
Once a year they join us so they can meet you the customer, and answer your questions.
Julie and Linda will be on site to greet the guests but save your questions for this day for the all the other suppliers on site. You can meet with Linda or Julie any other weekend once you have confirmed what you would like for your wedding.
You will get a chance to see what meals we are offering for banquets this year as well as which wines we have chosen. Thomas and Mario have a few special bottles that you will not find anywhere else!
Sonia and Liz from the Spa will also be on site to take your make up and /or massage reservations for your bridal party the day before or the day of your wedding.
Here's what awaits you on January 26th,
10h00 opening of the Maple Pavilion
Here you will have the opportunity to meet most of the suppliers like Hollandia, wedding celebrants, musicians, photographers and invitation suppliers.
After, join us in the reception hall at the Auberge to meet with the chef who will introduce you to the the different dishes available for your wedding or reception. You will also be able to sample the different sauces available that compliment those particular dishes.
At the Auberge you will also meet Michel our DJ, musicians, spa personnel, limosine rental personnel. You will find samples of maple syrup bonbonières, wedding cakes and other related wedding articles.
Do not forget to take notes!
A special room rate for Friday February 25th is available for 125$ including breakfast for two. This also gets you in to the salon at 9h30.
