This event will take place on January 22nd , 2011 from 10:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m.

Once a year we invite you to visit our reception hall, guest rooms, the Spa Gallant and Maple Pavilion.

Are you planning a wedding, an anniversary or reception? This is the perfect occasion for the Gallant team and the representatives of our suppliers, gathered in one place, to answer all your questions and provide you with information you may need to plan your special event.

You will also be able to meet with the following suppliers at the Auberge as well as the Maple Pavilion:

• Creative Expressions, Invitation and Accessories
• Institute Carole St-Pierre, offers hairstyling and makeup application on site for your special event
• Guy Prescott, wedding officiate, offers personalized ceremonies
• Our musicians, pianists, violinists and harpists who will entertain at your reception
• Hollandia Florist, where we order our table center pieces for our receptions and who will design your personalized floral arrangements
• Our chef will describe the different menus available for you to choose as well as offer you a taste sampling.
• Thomas, our sommelier, your guide to choosing the wines and alcohol.
• Michel Danis, pastry chef of Décor Gâteaux de Montréal, will have wedding cakes on display and offer you a taste sampling.
• Michel Leduc, Luc Sévigny and Les Productions Robert Angelillo will inform you of their discotheque and DJ services.
• Multiple photographers will have their photographs on display.
• The Gallant Sucrerie team will display a choice of favors and maple confectioneries to offer to your guests

The Spa Gallant team proposes:

• A mother-daughter luxury-calm-and-pleasure day at Spa Gallant on the eve of the wedding
• A Jane Iredale, mineral base make-up application on site on the day of the wedding
• A massage, manicure, pedicure, and facial (among friends) guaranteed to help you look your best and relaxed on the big day.
• Of course, the men can also take advantage of the same spa treatments.
