Spring time at the Gallant Sugar Shack is that time of the year when tradition rules. During March and April of each year, our beautiful log sugar shack is open to those with a sweet tooth.
The sugar shack was built with the trees recuperated from the l998 ice storm and is a dream come true for the Gallant family.
The sugar schack is also the ideal place for skiers, strollers and everyone to relax and enjoy our delicious sugar shack meals and to taste and buy out maple products.
It is available to reserve all year round for banquets, weddings, parties and business meetings.
Due to a favorable microclimate, you can be assured of high quality maple products. Each year the maple syrup production starts at the end of February and ends at the end of April.
