Gallant Maple Pavilion

Spring time at the Gallant Maple Pavilion is that time of the year when tradition rules. During March and April of each year, our beautiful log Pavilion is open to those with a sweet tooth.

The Pavilion was built with the trees recuperated from the l998 ice storm and is a dream come true for the Gallant family.

The Pavilion is the ideal place for skiers and strollers to relax and enjoy our delicious maple products, as it is  for banquets, weddings, parties and business meetings.

Due to a favorable microclimate, you can be assured of high quality maple products. Each year production starts at the end of February and ends at the end of April.
