For more information...Maple Sugar Shack
Due to a favourable microclimate, the Gallant Sugar shack offers the first harvest of maple syrup in Quebec, at the end of February. This pure unrefined sugar has many health benefits and should be used in any recipe where white or brown sugar is called for. We offer traditional maple menus in our log cabin from March to April as well as a maple brunch all year round. Maple products are available for sale at the Inn.
