Well spring
has sprung and your wedding day is just around the corner!!!
No need to panic ...we are ready and eager to work with you!!! Starting May 1st we will have weddings every weekend and ourstaff is looking forward to meeting all of you and assisting with all the final details.

demand I am back full time to take care of all your final details. As you can see I take your comments and suggestions very seriously. Since many of you requested that I take care of your weddings personally, I only felt it was fair to do so for everyone. Please note my email admlinda@gallant.qc.ca is

Julie is no longer with us, however all your requests and notes have been well documented and I am aware of all the details pertaining
to all the weddings so you are in good hands.
We have a few new faces that we have added to our wedding team and that I will be introducing to you. The new faces that you will be seeing more often, are actually my behind the scenes dream team that have been with me in some
cases many years.
Danielle who greeted you all at the Inn during our wedding Salon last January, will be assisting me with all your final details and set up.
Neil, the chef, will also be working more directly with the wedding couples. He
will be overseeing both kitchens.We have hired a great chef from a Relais Château restaurant in Québec for our dining room and as a result Neil will have a more hands on approach for the weddings.
Sébastien and Cynthia will be in charge of all
the weddings at the Inn.
Denise will be in charge at the Maple Pavillon.
Thomas our sommelier, will be around to help with your wine choices if needed.
Karina will take care of your rooming list when I am not available.

Since the wedding Salon last January, we have most of your wedding details that we need. Your next step will be to send out your wedding invitations and finalize all your suppliers details.
You should also have at this time confirmed
the following;
• Time and place of wedding ceremony
• Confirmed your wedding celebrant or church
• Confirmed your flowers (3 months before the wedding)
• Booked your entertainment
• Booked your photographer
• Booked your transportation
(if needed) horse and buggy or limousine
• Booked any rooms that you may need at the Inn (6 months before)
• Cancel any rooms you will not need if already booked (2 months-1 month before)
• Booked your hair and make-up
• Reserved tuxedos (make sure to check
all accessories before leaving the store. I cannot tell you
how many times the socks, buttons or ties were missing!!!)
I will be contacting you by phone or email one month before your wedding to book our final appointment which will be two weeks before your wedding.
At this last appointment we will take one last look at all your details, including your menu and any changes you wish to make.
I will need :
• your final numbers and seating plan in order to give you your final costs for the wedding.
• Your final payment (check, cash,
Visa or Mastercard)
• Any special dietary requests or allergies
• Any room modifications (book night before or change names of guests)
Last but not least, I would like to remind you that you are welcome to sample your wedding meal from Monday to Saturday at noon as many
times as you would like and with as many people as you wish! Please make sure to reserve in advance and mention what you would like to taste. You can choose different dishes and the cost will be from 25$ to (35$ for the filet mignon) per person depending on the dish sampled.
We are in full
Maple syrup production and Sugar Shack parties until April 25th. Why not drive out and pick out some nice maple bonbonnières or treat yourselves to a traditional sugar shack meal while saying hello to everyone! Walk the gardens and make yourself at home!
